Data Center Technician

• Install and deploy servers and hardware components in data center racks (rack & stack activities)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues related to servers, networking equipment, and infrastructure components
• Manage and resolve support tickets while meeting defined service level agreements (SLAs)
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities and support infrastructure changes within the data center
• Monitor data center infrastructure to ensure operational stability and system availability
• Coordinate and supervise external vendors, hardware suppliers, and service partners working on-site
• Maintain documentation, inventory records, and shift handover reports for operational transparency
• Respond to incidents and operational issues, including participation in on-call rotations and shift coverage

• High school diploma or equivalent and technical degree or certifications in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, server components, and networking equipment
• Previous experience in IT support, technical operations, or data center environments is an advantage
• Experience working with ticketing systems and managing technical support requests
• Basic understanding of operating systems such as Linux or Windows
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a technical environment
• High level of responsibility, discipline, and adherence to safety procedures
• Physical capability to handle equipment (up to approx. 20 kg) and work in rack environments
