Job description

  • You support the translation of business and user requirements into effective system, process, and automation solutions that support R&D operations.
  • You design, implement, test, and continuously improve workflows, automations, and cross tool integrations, ensuring stable data flows, high data quality, and reliable system operations.
  • You operate and maintain R&D collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, monday.com, and SwiftKanban, providing hands on application support and resolving day to day operational issues.
  • You manage access concepts, permissions, and governance, and coordinate closely with stakeholders, IT, and external partners.
  • You actively support change adoption through user enablement, release communication, and structured onboarding of new processes and tools.
  • You configure and maintain projects and products within Nexperia's IT system landscape and provide reporting and data-based insights on project progress and performance

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a business management or technical discipline
  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting business systems and users, depending on educational credentials
  • You enjoy building and improving automations and bring practical scripting experience (e.g. Python, VBA); deeper software development skills are a plus.
  • You have hands-on experience with collaboration and workflow tools such as SharePoint, monday.com or comparable platforms, and a solid understanding of access management, permission concepts and user support processes.
  • You are a service-oriented team player who delivers reliably, works in a structured and solution-focused way, and balances flexibility with attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
