You critically support the execution of the ABN AMRO strategy: a Personal Bank in a Digital Age. By monitoring and guiding strategic decisions needed for accelerating execution. You ensure that the entire bank follows the correct route towards a fully data & AI driven organisation. You are energised by submerging yourself in a brand-new initiative, shape, socialise and ensure it is properly anchored for successful execution.
You are responsible for measuring and steering (data & AI) performance across all parties that play a pivotal role. Including Data Domains, CDO, IT, and Executive Board (ExBo). You translate the (bank, data & AI)_ strategies into meaningful performance indicators, provide insight through high-quality reporting, and enable effective performance dialogues across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and operationalise performance managament mechanisms on data & AI across the bank.
- Deliver high-quality management information and ExBo reporting with actionable insights and clear narratives.
- Translate strategies into clear, consistent performance indicators (KPIs and metrics) across data domains, CDO, ExBo, and other areas as needed.
- Coordinate performance management across stakeholders (data domains, CDO functions, CDO and bank leadership) to ensure consistent objectives, messaging, alignment and ownership.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies in end-to-end performance measurement and reporting, from data sourcing to reporting.
- Propose and drive remediation actions to improve reporting quality, coherence, and actionability of management information.
- Facilitate performance dialogues by providing fact-based insights and highlighting risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Shape, prioritise, and coordinate the CDO BI dashboard and reporting agenda in close collaboration with the Enterprise Enabling Data Domain BI delivery team.
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team, focusing on measuring, steering and optimizing the performance of our data and AI processes. The role operates in a complex stakeholder environment across the bank, requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to connect insights across domains and levels., * An attractive gross monthly salary based on a 36hour work week, including holiday allowance and a flexible benefit budget.

Requirements
- 5+ years
- Passion for your field of expertise
- Analytical skills, * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across various levels and aligning multiple parties across end-to-end processes.
- Experience in writing executive-level reporting and performance narrative.
- Experience in performance management, KPI design, and management reporting in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience with BI delivery, dashboards, and reporting products, including translating business needs into insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to executive audiences.
- Strong analytical capability to identify reporting gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Proactive, improvement-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
