Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing / IT Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting organisation's IT infrastructure, digital marketing initiatives and social media accounts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong management, organisational, and technical skills to contribute to our growth and efficiency., * Support the organisation's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO optimisation, Google Ads, Google Analytics analysis, and email marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain websites using Squarespace.
  • Monitor website performance and create, publish, and optimise blog content to support SEO.
  • Coordinate social media management efforts across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Produce high-quality visual content for social media, print advertising, and marketing materials (e.g. leaflets, posters, and newspaper adverts)
  • Lead project management initiatives related to IT upgrades, website development, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with teams on copywriting tasks for digital content and B2B marketing materials.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain a schedule of advertisements across local publication
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies regarding data protection and cybersecurity.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as required to optimise utilisation of IT resources.
  • Occasionally travel to different sites to support projects and gather content (own vehicle preferred)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management of IT systems within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Squarespace, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), organisational skills, time management skills, and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices for data protection.
  • Organisational skills that ensure efficient workflow across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Nice-to-have skills include experience with Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for strategic planning or training sessions. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to utilise their technical expertise while contributing to organisational growth through innovative digital marketing strategies and efficient IT management., * Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
