Job description
As LMS Administrator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, support and optimisation of the organisation's Learning Management System. You'll manage incoming tickets and requests via ServiceNow, ensuring learners and stakeholders receive timely and accurate support, and maintain high-quality data and system integrity. Plus, you'll contribute to broader administrative activity so that our learning offer is as effective as possible., * Act as the first point of contact for LMS-related queries submitted through Service Now.
- Triage, resolve and escalate tickets according to defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Maintain accurate records of resolutions and recurring issues to improve service quality.
- Provide clear, professional guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Maintain data accuracy, user records and learning histories.
- Ensure all content and data management processes adhere to organisational policies, GDPR and government standards.
- Support compliance monitoring and reporting for mandatory learning.
- Support Learning Technologies with projects, system enhancements, and new feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with facilitators, HR colleagues, and subject matter experts.
- Administer LMS roles, permissions and access groups to ensure users have appropriate access levels.

Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Experience supporting users through a ticketing system, ideally Service Now.
- Strong digital literacy skills with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet SLAs
- Highly accurate approach whilst working with user data.
- Experience working with business process maps.
- Excellent customer service skills
Desirable skills
- Experience with SCORM or e-Learning content publishing tools, (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, Rise)
- Understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements
- Experience in a Learning and Development or HR environment
- Basic reporting/analytical skills (e.g. Excel & Power BI)
