Data Architect

As a Data Architect, you will play a key role in Reeves' data transformation and the scaling of AI across our financial advisory platform. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will design and implement scalable data solutions that support advanced analytics and AI use cases.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into robust, future-proof data architectures., * Translate business requirements into technical data specifications and architecture designs

• Design end-to-end data architectures (conceptual, logical, physical)
• Develop AI data architectures (including vector databases, RAG, and hybrid search solutions)
• Create and maintain data design documentation
• Define and support data migration strategies
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to deliver data solutions
• Lead on data integration, transformation, governance, and data quality
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
• Support project delivery through to implementation and handover

• Proven experience as a Data Architect
• Experience with cloud platforms such as:
• AWS (Bedrock, S3, Redshift, Glue)
• Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL)
• Databricks (Delta Lake, ETL/ML pipelines)
• Snowflake
• Supabase
• Strong data modelling and data pipeline design experience
• Experience with AI data architectures (e.g. RAG, generative AI)
• Experience with batch and streaming data solutions
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata, and data quality frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of TCO, FinOps, and ROI in architecture decisions

Desirable:

• Experience in financial services or financial advisory
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Supabase)

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
