Network Consultant

As Network Consultant you be an integral member of the delivery team. The role will entail assisting with migrations, day-to-day delivery tasks and providing ongoing support as a trusted advisor to the company's clients ensuring the solutions and services provided are at an optimal level., ·Assisting with end-to-end delivery on enterprise network, data centre and Security solutions.

·Provide ongoing technical support to a 3rd line level.

·Provide exceptional customer services.

·Contribute to knowledge centre and keep documentation up to date.

·Be willing to work in a vendor agnostic environment and stay up to date with the latest technologies.

Note: UK Security Check (SC) Clearance or eligibility, for example UK national or being a UK resident for at least 5 years is required to obtain the correct level of clearance - any applications from outside the UK will automatically be rejected., ·Strong experience in enterprise grade network and security solutions particularly across either Cisco, Fortinet and Palo Alto technologies.

·Proven ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

·Knowledge of Cisco ISE.

·Knowledge of VM Ware NSX.

·Demonstrate background and understanding in NAC, routing, switching and security.

·Knowledge of SD-WAN.

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Additional Requirements:

·Willing to travel to customer sites across the UK

·A valid UK driving license. Some of the customer sites are hard to get to via public transport and driving is the only option.
