Job description
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support and project delivery across a wide range of customer environments. You will work on a mixture of BAU tasks, escalations, and infrastructure improvements, covering on-premise and cloud technologies., * Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support across customer systems.
- Support, maintain and configure Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud services.
- Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
- Assist with cloud migrations, onboarding, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Support networking environments including Aruba and Cisco equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and general connectivity.
- Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to service improvements.
Requirements
- Strong background in Windows Server and Microsoft desktop operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365 administration, and cloud-based services.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, GPO, user management, and security configurations.
- Exposure to cloud migrations or hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with Aruba and Cisco networking technologies (switching, wireless, routing).
- Previous experience working for an MSP or in a multi-customer environment is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle escalated technical issues.
