Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee a diverse range of technology projects within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with organisational goals, budget, and timeline. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise advanced project management methodologies, including Agile , while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence., * Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (initiation to closure)

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and vendors
  • Monitor project progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party service providers

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations
