Job description
As an IT Sales Support Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our IT sales function, working closely with sales, technical and operational teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Acting as a central point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll support the sales process from quotation through to order, manage renewals of software licences and support contracts, and help identify opportunities to add value for our customers through timely and accurate service., * Supporting the sales teams with sales order processing, customer quotations, renewals management and ongoing customer relationship management
- Liaising with distributors and vendors to secure competitive pricing
- Driving recurring revenue through the proactive and timely management of software and licensing renewals
- Working closely with the operations teams to coordinate the movement of hardware and software, proactively communicating progress to customers and Project Managers
- Creating and managing vendor deal registrations, ensuring the sales teams are kept informed of key updates
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and telephone
- Handling incoming calls with a high standard of customer service
- Supporting supplier management by assisting with partner relationships and maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

- A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- A positive, professional and proactive approach to your work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Good IT literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- An open, approachable and collaborative manner
