Job description
We are seeking experienced UI, UX, and Interaction Designers to support the design and continuous improvement of central government digital services. You'll work to GDS standards and user-centred design practices to ensure services are simple, accessible, and effective for all users., * Design end-to-end user journeys aligned with GDS design patterns, accessibility requirements, and inclusive design standards.
- Apply evidence-based design by using research insights, usability testing outputs, and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, developers, product managers, and content designers.
- Create high-quality prototypes, wireframes, design concepts, and interaction flows to support iterative development.
Requirements
- Proven background in Interaction Design, UX Design, or UI Design.
- Strong understanding of the GDS Design System, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+), and user-centred design principles.
