Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in data-driven or AI-powered products

• Experience with: Recommendation engines (e.g. product recos, content personalization)

• Retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environments

• Familiarity with: SQL / BigQuery (ability to explore data independently)

• Experimentation platforms and A/B testing frameworks

• Understanding of: AI/ML lifecycle and data dependencies

• Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing ecosystems

• Strong understanding of:

• Recommendation systems / personalization concepts

• Customer behavior and digital journeys

• Experience working with:

• Data teams (Data Engineering, Data Science)

• Agile development environments

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define and interpret KPIs and experiments

• Ability to translate complex data/AI topics into business value

• Strong product thinking with data-first mindset

• Ability to balance business impact vs. technical feasibility

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
