This is what you get up for in the morning:

  • Ensure the stability, performance and availability of internal IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Manage and improve core areas such as security, compliance, and IT governance.
  • Oversee, maintain and enhance the internal application and tools landscape.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers to optimize the IT environment.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, guidelines and operating procedures.
  • Support daily operational needs and independently drive technical improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or a similar technical role.
  • Ability to translate internal requirements into actions and coordinate effectively with external service providers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure administration, networking, server environment, and IT security fundamentals.
  • Basic understanding of security and compliance principles related to Entra ID, M365 and Azure Infrastructure Services.
  • Structured, independent working style with the ability to bring clarity to processes.
  • Comfortable handling a broad range of IT responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • EU citizenship or valid Spanish work permit.
