Job description
The Advisory Solutions Lead is responsible for the end-to-end definition, governance and continuous improvement of the Bank's advisory service, ensuring an effective advisory process and full alignment with applicable regulatory and legal requirements. The role acts as a key interface between Front Office and control functions (Compliance and Legal), with a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the needs across client segments (Wealth, Personal and Business), as well as solid technical knowledge of investment funds.
As the Advisory Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for the advisory service within the Bank, including the definition and evolution of the advisory offering (services and products), the governance of the advisory process, and the coordination of all stakeholders involved in delivery, ensuring commercial adoption and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end advisory process (client journey, roles and responsibilities, evidence and documentation, controls), ensuring operational consistency and full traceability.
- Ensure the advisory service, process, client documentation and communications are legally and regulatory compliant, coordinating closely with Compliance and Legal (incl. suitability, client disclosures, product governance and internal control requirements).
- Define and evolve the advisory offering across segments (Wealth, Personal and Business): identify client needs, detect gaps and design/implement solutions (services, products, tools and front support materials).
- Lead and coordinate launches within the Investment Solution (I&S) scope: planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, testing, rollout and post-launch monitoring.
- Act as a key partner to internal stakeholders across the distribution value chain (Front Office, Investments/Products, Risk, Operations, Technology and, if applicable, Marketing), coordinating closely to understand business needs and ensure robust delivery and effective adoption of data analysis and productivity that support decision-making (e.g. sizing, KPI monitoring, adoption tracking, advisory quality metrics and offering performance)., * Emotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health. Requirements
- Strong expertise and 5+ years in the advisory process and its operational requirements (suitability, documentation, evidence, controls and monitoring).
- Solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements applicable to investment advisory, with proven experience engaging with Compliance and Legal.
- Strong technical knowledge of investment funds (product fundamentals, key risks, mechanics and portfolio fit).
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to understand needs and growth levers across segments: Wealth, Personal and Business.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and advanced Excel, with strong command of modern productivity tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams/SharePoint and collaborative tools); analytics and reporting experience is a plus.
