Job description

As part of the AI Team, the graduate will gain hands on experience across AI delivery, adoption, and technical enablement, including:

  • Supporting the Microsoft Copilot community o Helping deliver training sessions, demos, and drop in clinics o Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting for Copilot users o Supporting documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge sharing

  • Supporting AI projects end to end o Assisting with AI proof of concepts, pilots, and production solutions o Contributing to requirements gathering, testing, and refinement of AI use cases o Potentially leading small AI initiatives or workstreams with senior mentorship

  • Adoption and change management o Supporting user onboarding, communications, and engagement activities o Helping measure adoption and feedback to improve AI tools and processes o Working with business teams to translate needs into practical AI solutions

  • Technical delivery and enablement o Supporting the technical configuration and delivery of AI solutions o Working alongside architects, engineers, and vendors on AI implementations o Developing a strong understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and security considerations

Requirements

We are seeking interested applicants to have achieved a minimum of a 2:2 degree in a technology-focused or analytically strong degree by September 2026 - that's it!.... no prior experience needed. Relevant degrees include:

Computer Science/Software Engineering Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning Information systems/Information Technology Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics (with a strong technical interest) Digital Transformation/Technology Management

A demonstratable interest in AI tooling and adoption is preferred.
