About the company

In this full time, in-person role, you'll be joining a small, ambitious Head Office team based in Shaftesbury, Dorset where no two days are the same. We believe that well-organised, well-connected data makes a direct, tangible difference to the care we deliver. Our team's job is to make that happen: solving problems, building systems, and using technology to make care more sustainable, safe and compliant. We're a lean team, which means you'll have real ownership from day one. You won't be a cog in a large IT department - you'll be the person who spots the problem, builds the fix, and watches it go live. We care far more about how you think than what's on your CV. If you're curious, methodical, and genuinely enjoy figuring things out, we'll provide the training and context you need to succeed. What you'll be doing * Designing and building automated workflows that connect our care management and admin systems, making data work harder so our staff don't have to * Collaborating with the team to design and implement new digital tools from brief through to rollout * Working directly with staff to make sure new systems are adopted and used successfully * Writing clear, practical training materials and SOPs * Evaluating what's working and iterating, with a firm eye on real-world outcomes - not just technical outputs * Providing day-to-day technical support across various systems such as account management, Google Workspace, Slack, and general troubleshooting
