Job description

  • Lead on HR/Payroll and Financial systems configuration, automations, improvements, and monthly data preparation.
  • Support maintenance of staffing data within systems.
  • Maintain finance system structures (e.g., chart of accounts, user setups).
  • Manage system queries and provide end-user support.
  • Build and enhance reports across HR and Finance systems.
  • Test and implement system updates, enhancements and configuration changes.
  • Improve system functionality and data quality across both platforms.
  • Create documentation and support user training when needed.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting and developing HR/Payroll and/or Finance systems.
  • Strong understanding of finance, payroll and HR processes.
  • Confident in building reports and improving workflows.
  • Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator able to explain technical issues clearly.
  • Able to manage priorities and work independently.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Unit4, iTrent, Business Objects, Power BI or Proactis.
