About the role This Reliability engineer vacancy will offer a varied and challenging working environment. You'll be given the responsibility and empowerment to stretch your problem-solving abilities, satisfying the natural curiosity that being an engineer brings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Support Engineering Management team with both small- and large-scale projects.
- Lead projects from cradle to grave, delivering on time and within a controlled budget.
- Identifying and eliminating recurring plant issues through engineering improvements.
- Deliver improved plant reliability through various maintenance techniques.
- Working within a team to standardise process and machinery across the sites.
- Becoming the subject matter expert for onsite maintenance.
- Implementing and utilising CI tools such as Kaizen, 8Ds, root cause analysis, 5s.
- Development of factory intelligence and other process automation., Joining our customer as a reliability engineer, you will be joining a company who have fantastic employee engagement with many of their staff being with the business a long time. Requirements
- Currently working as a reliability/continuous improvement engineer or a maintenance engineer with a strong focus on machine improvement.
- Proven track record of making improvements to machine reliability.
- Proactive mindset, able to take accountability for tasks and projects.
- Strong fault finding and practical maintenance experience on both pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Recognised engineering qualification, to level 3 or above.
