• Handle 1st-level support tasks as an Internet Service Provider.
• Perform on-site installations and manage cancellations or changes.

• You should have training in IT, telecommunications, or similar fields.
• Proficiency in networking, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
• Fluency in German and good English language skills., * You are passionate about network technology, proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 in everyday use, and Linux know-how advances you further.
• Your educational background includes training as an IT specialist, telematics technician, electrical installer, or similar, ideally complemented by further education.
• People, customers are at the center for you.
• Native-level German skills as well as very good English skills.
• You have a category B driving license and are willing to participate in on-call duty and on-site assignments.
