Job description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist who is a data enthusiast and interested in back office Market operations to join our Business Intelligence team. You will work in a diverse and flexible environment in close cooperation with various business units, and both internal and external clients.

What You Will Do

  • Design robust and scalable data models and maintain PowerBI dashboards.As well as optimize models and queries for performance and efficiency.
  • Contact with infrastructures and supervisory authorities, supporting as well national and foreign entities in their reporting to PTI (Post-Trade Interface).
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to gather data and reporting requirements.
  • Perform data and visualization analysis to extract value-added conclusions for business partners.
  • Flexible working hours. There are 3 rotating shifts from: 08:00 to 17:00, 09:00 to 18:00 and 12:00 to 20:30 (this one is done once a week).

Requirements

  • Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or Capital Markets, with a strong focus on Data Analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure is a plus.
  • Technical skills in Power BI and Databricks (data modeling and visualization), with knowledge of SQL and database concepts; Excel and VBA are a plus.
  • Good understanding of market infrastructures and their interactions (trading venues, CCPs, Iberclear) will be highly valued.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a collaborative team spirit.
  • High English and Spanish level (minimum B2 level).
