Job description

This role provides comprehensive IT support for internal users across the ITSM functions, including Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Information Security, Change, Event, and Asset Management. Responsibilities include the full lifecycle of hardware, software, and systems, from scope and deployment to maintenance and troubleshooting. The role also includes user support, vendor management, incident response, documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and management of third-party IT vendors to ensure effective service delivery and restoration. An important part of the role will be to demonstrate confidence in recommending use cases of available Google / Apple / Microsoft services that suit the customer / stakeholder requirements while providing stable, secure and scalable solutions. Typical Activities

  • ?? ?Monitor and manage services in daily use, assist with Incident, Change, and Problem Management by applying a Continual Service Improvement approach;
  • ?? ?Identify areas of concern and proactively address risks using industry standard approaches;
  • ?? ?Production of reports to illustrate service and system health., * ?? ?Provide top-tier customer service for IT-related issues;
  • ?? ?Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems;
  • ?? ?Act as a technical escalation for tech platforms;
  • ?? ?Perform root cause analysis and develop long-term solutions;
  • ?? ?Maintain accurate documentation and IT-systems;
  • ? Understand business Priority - what's important and why;
  • ?? ?Scope stakeholder Impact - how service or change affects the mission;
  • ?? ?Collaborate effectively across the organization.

Requirements

  • ?? ?Understanding of Google Workspace;
  • ?? ?Understanding of Microsoft 365;
  • ?? ?Strong communication and documentation skills;
  • ?? ?Some IT-support experience;
  • ?? ?Knowledge of various operating systems;
  • ?? ?Proficiency in business productivity suites;
  • ?? ?Understanding of computer networking and ITIL-processes.

Desired Qualifications

  • ?? ?An employment contract of 36 to 40 hours per week, starting with a one-year contract, with prospects for a permanent position;
