Founding Engineer

Our client is building a platform to transform how contractors manage land planning and development, one of the most complex and underserved stages in construction. Backed by an established contractor with 17+ years of experience, they're now hiring a Founding Engineer to build the product from scratch and shape the technical direction from day one. Do you want to take full ownership of a greenfield product, stay hands-on, and work towards a path to technical co-founder? About the company This is a newly launched tech venture tackling a major inefficiency in the construction and development lifecycle. Today, planning projects require coordination between dozens of consultants and reports, often managed through fragmented, outdated systems. The vision is to build a centralised platform combining workflow management and document collaboration, creating a single source of truth for the entire planning process. With a clear MVP scope and early user demand, the business is now moving into build phase.
