We're not looking for a traditional ERP consultant. We're looking for someone who can win the work AND deliver it.

You'll:
- Lead discovery and solution design
- Influence and win new business

What you'll be doing
Pre-Sales (50%)
- Run discovery workshops and uncover real business challenges
- Design tailored ERP solutions and deliver impactful demos
- Shape proposals, scope, and commercial outcomes
Delivery (50%) Own full ERP implementations (design go-live
- optimisation)
- Configure systems, manage data migration, and support UAT
- Deliver training and drive real user adoption
- Ensure projects land on time, on budget, and on value
Requirements
This is for you if you:
- Have 3+ years in ERP (pre-sales + implementation)
- Can confidently operate in front of CFOs, Ops & IT stakeholders
- Understand finance processes (GL, AP/AR, reporting)
- Have hands on experience with Sage Intacct (essential)
- Know how to balance client value with commercial reality
