Job description
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be working on a helpdesk conducting both 1st and 2nd line support, taking technical queries over the phone to assist customers and will support the function of the Senior Support Engineers. You will be tasked with providing additional assistance across the business, providing back up and reporting to the Helpdesk Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems as well as MS Exchange and Office 365 environments. The role also encompasses a broad range of project related activities and the successful candidate will need to be versatile at carrying these out.

" Experience in a similar role required (IT Support/1st/2nd Line/IT Service Desk) " Good varies IT knowledge " Strong communication and customer service skills " Infrastructure understanding desirable " Computer related degree preferable " Experience of MS Server/Desktops, Office365, Sharepoint and MS Exchange
