Job description
- Managing a small team of helpdesk and finance administrators
- Monitoring the CAFM system
- Overseeing WIP, job assignments, management of direct labour and subcontractors
- Producing service reports, and actioning follow up work
- Processing invoices, liaising with the central finance function
- Logging PPM's, actioning PPM signoffs, and reactive maintenance
- Producing and presenting output and WIP reports
- SLA Management
Requirements
Are you a proven helpdesk manager/supervisor looking for a new challenge?, * Experience using CAFM systems and FM related systems - Maximo, Sage, Oracle
- Prior experience in a lead roll, preferably within Facilities Management, however other sector experience will be considered
- Personable and energetic
