Job description

  • Managing a small team of helpdesk and finance administrators
  • Monitoring the CAFM system
  • Overseeing WIP, job assignments, management of direct labour and subcontractors
  • Producing service reports, and actioning follow up work
  • Processing invoices, liaising with the central finance function
  • Logging PPM's, actioning PPM signoffs, and reactive maintenance
  • Producing and presenting output and WIP reports
  • SLA Management

Requirements

Are you a proven helpdesk manager/supervisor looking for a new challenge?, * Experience using CAFM systems and FM related systems - Maximo, Sage, Oracle

  • Prior experience in a lead roll, preferably within Facilities Management, however other sector experience will be considered
  • Personable and energetic
