Job description
Our international client is looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with a strong operational focus to support the global SAP Basis team in daily operations and support activities. The main focus of this role is hands-on system support, ticket handling, and ensuring a stable SAP landscape within an international setup across Europe, Asia and America.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of daily SAP Basis operations and support tasks
- Handling user requests (eg access management, standard changes)
- Transport management (Dev - QA - Prod)
- Incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- System monitoring and basic administration tasks
- Coordination with internal teams and external providers in a global environment
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis operations (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Experience in ticket-driven environments (eg ServiceNow)
- Solid knowledge of transport management and production support
- Experience working in international teams (Europe, Asia, America)
