Job description
Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant | 6-12 months | Remote
RED are currently seeking 1 Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with experience with Consumer Goods Cloud (CG) to join a long-term project starting as 6month, fully remote.
Contract length: 6-12months Location: Remote Language: English (mandatory), French (nice-to-have)
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to functional workshops (discovery, design, refinement) with business stakeholders (Sales, Trade Marketing, Field Sales, Category Management)
- Analyze business requirements related to customer hierarchy, assortment management, visit planning, retail execution, order capture, promotions, and KPI reporting
- Define functional specifications aligned with Salesforce best practices and standard capabilities
- Configure Salesforce solutions (data model, flows, permissions, processes)
- Collaborate with developers and architects on Apex, validations, automations, and integrations
- Support integrations with ERP and other external systems
- Contribute to data migration and data quality activities
- Support testing (SIT, UAT), deployment preparation, and post go-live activities
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery models and contribute to backlog refinement and estimations
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
- Over 5 years of experience as Salesforce Consultant (Techno Functional)
- Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows, Approval Processes)
- Understanding of integrations, data structures, and reporting
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Experience working with technical teams (developers, architects)
