Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain software supporting data science, power unit telemetry, performance simulation, thermodynamics analysis, and trackside operations.
• Contribute directly to on-track performance through high-quality, reliable software solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and performance teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Deliver state-of-the-art software that supports the team's objective of winning the next Formula 1 World Championship.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Interest in full-stack development, owning work from concept through deployment, and working across multiple programming languages.
• Experience with C#, Python, or TypeScript gained through university, personal projects, or commercial work, with a desire to develop as a polyglot programmer.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain high standards for code quality, performance, user experience, and testing, with a strong desire to keep learning new technologies.
