SAP Programme Director UK/Europe (3 nights/week travel) 6 months (Pre-Explore phase) £1,400 - £1,600 a day (flex) + Expenses
We're looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Programme Director who will report to board level and lead mobilisation of a major transformation programme in the Discover/Prepare phase, ahead of Explore and blueprinting.
SAP Programme Director - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP programme setup, align business areas
- Work with Finance, Data and Ops to establish starting points
- Establish PMO governance, RAID, reporting, and operating model
- Drive alignment across business units and senior stakeholders
- Define roadmap across Explore, Realise, Deploy phases
- Set delivery approach including SI engagement and resourcing
SAP Programme Director - Requirements:
- Proven SAP S/4HANA programme leadership (end-to-end)
- Strong SAP Activate and pre-blueprint mobilisation experience
- Expertise in PMO governance and stakeholder alignment
- Comfortable operating in early-stage, fast-paced environments
