Power Platform Developer

• Design, develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to improve business workflows and solve operational challenges
• Partner with stakeholders across both technical and non technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Lead and contribute to solution design conversations, recommending the most suitable and scalable approaches
• Ensure consistency and quality by following established design principles and architectural standards
• Integrate systems through APIs and connectors to enable seamless data flow between platforms
• Support the development and reuse of components and PCFs to improve efficiency and maintain consistency
• Conduct code and solution reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality outputs
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating where necessary for complex problems
• Stay up to date with new Power Platform features and emerging trends, identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation to support ongoing use and knowledge sharing
• Assist with compliance and governance processes for new and existing applications
• Manage updates, bug fixes, and platform enhancements to ensure applications remain stable and up to date

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio
• Proven experience building and deploying low-code/no-code solutions such as apps, workflows, and forms
• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Solid experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, including managing data structures, integrations, and APIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and deliver effective solutions
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations within application development
• Experience with Power Platform ALM practices, including managing solutions, environments, and deployment pipelines
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, with exposure to languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience using GitHub for version control and deployment processes
