Job description
- Design, develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to improve business workflows and solve operational challenges
- Partner with stakeholders across both technical and non technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Lead and contribute to solution design conversations, recommending the most suitable and scalable approaches
- Ensure consistency and quality by following established design principles and architectural standards
- Integrate systems through APIs and connectors to enable seamless data flow between platforms
- Support the development and reuse of components and PCFs to improve efficiency and maintain consistency
- Conduct code and solution reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high-quality outputs
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating where necessary for complex problems
- Stay up to date with new Power Platform features and emerging trends, identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation to support ongoing use and knowledge sharing
- Assist with compliance and governance processes for new and existing applications
- Manage updates, bug fixes, and platform enhancements to ensure applications remain stable and up to date
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio
- Proven experience building and deploying low-code/no-code solutions such as apps, workflows, and forms
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Solid experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, including managing data structures, integrations, and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and deliver effective solutions
- Understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations within application development
- Experience with Power Platform ALM practices, including managing solutions, environments, and deployment pipelines
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, with exposure to languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience using GitHub for version control and deployment processes
