APPRENTISSAGE - Développement logiciel, services cloud et IA (F/H)

As a Delivery Engineer, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the delivery related tasks towards our GEO and their end customers around the globe. You will be a member of a team of specialists in DELMIA Hosted Solutions and provide delivery services in a proactive and reactive manner. You will contribute to and ensure that requests from the GEO are being implemented on-time, done with passion and quality. DELMIA Hosted Solutions is supporting customers around the globe, therefor you are part of the global team.

• You will contribute to ensure our hosted environment runs smoothly and grows with the needs of a fast-developing and demanding international organization of professionals involving in 24/7 operations.
• You will be implementing, maintaining and deploying customer applications as well supporting the technical complex deployments
• You will provide excellent customer support, where your planning and communication skills are equally needed as your technical skills
• You will assist the team in overall day-to-day operation
• You will acts as support to analyze and resolve customer incidents which can be outside office hours and/or during weekends.
• You will work on shift rotation to support 24/7 operations

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum 1 year experience in technical support or software development role with good analytical skills and conceptual thinking ability.
• Experience with business integration and related protocols like SOAP, REST API, SFTP
• Experience with implementation/setup/configuration of Enterprise Software Applications
• Working knowledge of networking components (firewall, load balancers and protocols like TCP/IP)
• Knowledge of software development principles
• Knowledge of IT-security principles
• Having strong quality focus
• Having excellent time management
• Customer focused attitude
• Pro-active communication style
• Good analytical thinking and proven experience in problem solving
• Experience within an international and dynamic company
• English - Fluent in both speaking and writing
