Solutions Architect

• Lead end-to-end solution design across applications, integration, data, security, infrastructure, and operations.
• Translate business requirements into target architectures, roadmaps, and designs that teams can deliver.
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts such as diagrams, logical/physical designs, APIs, integration contracts, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, infrastructure, and data teams to shape delivery plans and architecture roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and quality benchmarks, supporting design reviews and architectural assurance.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Proven experience delivering business and technology transformations in a regulated/ corporate environment

• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale solutions in complex environments.
• Strong systems thinking, able to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with software development, with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
• Experience producing structured architecture documentation.

Who are we?

Muse Group began life as Ultimate Guitar, the largest online global community of musicians. Eugeny Naidenov founded Ultimate Guitar in 1998, with a dream to make it easy for guitarists to play songs by Guns ‘N’ Roses and his other favorite rockers. From there, the site grew from a plucky, tab-sharing trailblazer into a global leader of online music publishing. 

In 2017, Ultimate Guitar acquired MuseScore, expanding its reach into sheet music. Muse Group has only continued to grow from there — and now includes Audacity, StaffPad and many more. 

In 2023, Muse Group acquired Hal Leonard, the legendary global sheet music publishers, adding an unparalleled music catalog and educational expertise to the team.
