Job description
The company develops advanced photonic integrated circuit (PIC) technologies for high-speed communications and emerging applications, and is seeking a High-Speed PIC Test Engineer to characterise, validate, and optimise device performance. The role involves close collaboration with design and process teams to improve yield, reliability, and overall device performance., * Execute high-speed electro-optical testing at wafer and package level
- Analyse device performance and support debugging/failure analysis
- Develop automated test setups and measurement routines
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve device performance and yield
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or related field
- Experience with high-speed PIC or optoelectronic device testing
- Strong knowledge of RF/optical measurement techniques
- Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., OSA, high-speed scopes, probe stations)
- Programming skills (Python, LabVIEW, or similar)
