Job description
As a Senior Network & Security Engineer, you will:
- Design and implement secure, scalable network architectures
- Own and optimize WAN, LAN, and Wireless infrastructures
- Lead network security initiatives (Fortinet-focused)
- Act as the go-to expert and escalation point for critical incidents
- Ensure high availability, redundancy, and performance
- Drive continuous improvement through monitoring and optimization
- Troubleshoot complex, business-critical connectivity issues
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in network/system engineering
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
- Hands-on, solution-driven, and proactive
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Comfortable operating in large, complex enterprise environments, * Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager)
- Solid knowledge of SD-WAN architectures
- Deep understanding of BGP routing
- Proven experience with IPsec VPNs
- Expertise in firewall policies & rule design
- Advanced troubleshooting & debugging skills, * Experience with HPE Aruba switching
- Strong knowledge of Cisco enterprise switching
- Comfortable in core switching environments
- Hands-on with Aruba Central (on-prem)
- Strong grasp of VLANs, routing & redundancy
Wireless
- Experience with Aruba Access Points
- Knowledge of Aruba AirWave
- Enterprise-level Wi-Fi design & troubleshooting
Networking Fundamentals
- Expert-level understanding of TCP/IP, routing & switching
- Experience with monitoring & logging tools
- Strong knowledge of high availability & failover designs
