• Network Operations & Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain 4G/5G and IP network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Cisco Systems Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls across the network.
• Incident & Problem Management: Rapidly diagnose and resolve network issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate network documentation and provide regular performance reports to management.
