Building and further developing the CRM "Customer Suite" at pfister

Prioritizing requirements and managing the platform backlog

Building a "Customer Loyalty" program within the platform

Ensuring the operational operation of the CRM solution (BSI)

Direct collaboration with IT for seamless integration of the Customer Suite into the system landscape

Involving various departments and proactive stakeholder management

Building platform-specific analytics features to enable data-driven decisions
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile settings, especially CRM.

Strong stakeholder management and technical understanding.

Knowledge of BSI Customer Suite and data analytics., * Several years of experience as a "Product Owner" in an agile environment, ideally in the CRM area

Strong stakeholder management

Technical understanding of architectures and technological contexts

Value-oriented thinking

Core interest in the interaction between business, data, and artificial intelligence

Language skills in English

Experience with the BSI Customer Suite

Experience with SAP, Apache Kafka, and Data Analytics

"Requirements Engineering", SCRUM and/or project management certifications

Skills to create or adapt technical documentation

Strong SCRUM knowledge

Language skills in French, Italian
