Data Lead - Contract (Outside IR35)

London (3 days per week on-site) Senior/Principal Consultant Level £570 per day - Outside IR35 Initial 3 months plus extensions

We're working with a high-profile client on a strategically important programme and are seeking an experienced Data Lead to shape and deliver enterprise-grade data and reporting capabilities. This engagement is well suited to a senior or principal-level consultant with proven leadership experience and the ability to operate confidently in complex stakeholder environments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of data and analytics solutions
• Define and own the data strategy, governance, and reporting approach across the programme
• Act as the senior data authority, providing direction, assurance, and best practice
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive insight-led decision making
• Oversee and assure the quality and performance of Power BI reporting solutions

Essential Experience

• Proven experience operating as a Data Lead at Senior or Principal Consultant level
• Strong Power Platform capability, with deep hands-on Power BI expertise
• Track record of delivering data solutions in complex, regulated, or public sector environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills

Security Clearance

• Active SC - essential
• NPPV2 or NPPV3 - desirable
• CTC - desirable

Contract Details

• Outside IR35 determination
• 3 days per week required on-site in London
• Immediate or near-term start preferred
• Strong potential for extensions beyond the initial term
