BI Developer

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of Power BI semantic models, datasets, and dashboards, ensuring performance, usability, and governance.

• Act as a senior technical point of reference for Power BI development standards, modelling patterns, DAX, security, and deployment practices.

• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to support reporting automation, data validation, distribution, and operational processes.

• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable BI solutions, working directly with senior stakeholders.

• Support and enhance the organisation's modern data platform, including ingestion and transformation pipelines where required.

• Extensive experience as a Power BI Developer in a complex enterprise environment.

• Expert knowledge of:

• Power BI semantic modelling

• DAX

• Performance optimisation

• Rowlevel security and governance

• Strong experience using Power Automate to support reporting, data processes, and operational workflows.

• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and transformation.

• Proven ability to engage directly with senior business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable BI solutions.

• Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and audit requirements.

• Experience supporting and improving reporting platforms used for operational and executive decisionmaking.
