Job description
The Technology Service Delivery Analyst will provide high-quality technology support to colleagues across UK Expert Group while contributing to the delivery of technology improvements and projects. The role focuses on reliable service delivery, user enablement, and supporting business growth through effective use of technology., * Deliver responsive and effective IT support, resolving incidents, problems, and service requests, working with third-party suppliers where appropriate.
- Implement and maintain end user computing (EUC), application, network, and server changes to support business growth.
- Support and train colleagues in the use of EUC, applications (including Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft technologies, enabling users to work efficiently and effectively.
- Manage secure downloading and uploading of documents between lawyers, experts, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Operate robust IT joiner and leaver processes, including building, configuring, and deploying EUC devices.
- Roll out updates and scheduled maintenance across EUC, applications, servers, and network equipment.
- Assist with the delivery of technology and infrastructure projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve security, reliability, and innovation within the IT environment.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across UK Expert Group.
- Ensure IT and data policies are adhered to and embedded in day-to-day working.
- Act as an ambassador for technology change and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience working in professional services, legal, or medico-legal environments.
- Experience delivering IT services within a rapidly growing organisation.
- Application support experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong technical knowledge of EUC support and administration.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments.
- Understanding of network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Experience maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure updates.
- Awareness of IT and cyber security risks, with experience of risk mitigation.
