Infrastructure Engineer

• Excellent opportunity for a senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider supporting complex, multi-customer environments., You'll operate as a senior escalation point within the support team, taking ownership of complex infrastructure issues across on-prem and cloud environments. The role blends BAU escalations with project work, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies including virtualisation, networking, and cyber security.

You'll be working closely with 1st and 2nd line teams, providing guidance, resolving high-level incidents, and contributing to continuous improvement across systems and processes.

• Strong experience with Windows Server environments
• Proven background supporting Hyper-V and VMware
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure
• Solid knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Strong understanding of storage technologies
• Networking experience across routing, switching, and firewalls
• Exposure to cyber security principles and best practices
• Experience working within an MSP environment
• Comfortable handling escalations and mentoring junior engineers
