SAP S4HANA Functional Analyst & Developer l Belgium

We are seeking a talented SAP S/4HANA Functional Analyst & Developer to join our team and support SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and migrations (ECC to S/4HANA) while ensuring system longevity through a Cloud-First and Clean Core approach In this role, you will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that SAP applications deliver maximum value and meet evolving business needs., * Clean Core Architecture & Development: Design and implement "Upgrade-stable" extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for Side-by-Side developments and ABAP Cloud for On-Stack extensibility.

• Code Modernization: Transform legacy custom developments (Z) from ECC into modern models such as RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) and CAP (Cloud Application Programming) to maintain a clean core.
• Functional Analysis & Fit-to-Standard: Lead workshops to align business requirements with SAP best practices , prioritizing standard features to minimize technical debt.
• Cloud Migration: Support the transition to S/4HANA (Public or Private Cloud) by ensuring data mapping and flow integrity via SAP Datasphere or SAP Integration Suite.
• Configuration & Deployment: Configure critical modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, IS-U) while ensuring seamless integration with Cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors or Ariba.
• User Experience (UX): Develop intuitive interfaces via SAP Fiori/UI5 and Low-Code/No-Code tools (SAP Build) to accelerate user adoption
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SAP applications, ensuring performance, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Document functional specifications, technical designs, migration procedures, and end-user guides.
• Participate in workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption., * Participate in high-impact SAP S/4HANA and ECC S/4HANA migration projects that transform business operations.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts across Europe and internationally.
• Work with cutting-edge SAP technologies and methodologies.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA functional analysis and development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC S/4HANA migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, IS-U) and S/4HANA architecture.
• Proficiency in ABAP Cloud, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5, and a solid understanding of S/4HANA architecture.
• Deep understanding of Cloud migration strategies (RISE with SAP) and the SAP Activate methodology.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication with business stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English and French (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus., * At least one of Business SAP Certification on S/4HANA Cloud (FI, HCM,…)
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Build.
• Familiarity with SAP integration with non-SAP systems.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum in SAP projects.
• Knowledge of integration with non-SAP systems via API Management. (Azure, AWS, GCP).
