Job description
- Make an impact on the performance marketing strategy of the #1 e-commerce player in the Netherlands with your data knowledge and expertise?
- Work for an organization that leads in innovation and customer focus?
- Lead a team of specialists and work together to create a strategy that will keep your new employer at the top of the market for years to come?
- On top of that, work in an environment where development and, most importantly, having fun are at the core?
Yes? Sounds interesting? Keep reading, this is for you!, Performance Marketing is a rapidly changing field, especially with your new employer! New campaign options, constant collaboration with tech teams, and direct contact with Google to test the latest beta options: this is all part of the daily routine. You'll tackle questions like: "Does this new feature work? How do we adapt our machine learning models to it?" The role is more technical than that of an analyst; it requires an almost engineering-like approach to automation and impact calculation. But for you, this is second nature-you know exactly how to understand the impact of new technologies on marketing campaigns and revenue, right? What Are We Looking for in You?
You have experience in a similar performance marketing environment and a keen understanding of data and marketing campaigns with large budgets (up to 5 million). You understand how 20 to 30% of revenue is directly influenced by your campaigns. Ownership of data and process optimization is key; you know where improvement is possible and can turn this into concrete results.
In addition, you'll guide the team in developing their skills. Your new employer is specifically looking for someone who has previously led a smaller team and has experience in coaching. Guiding young talent is a top priority, because after all, the future lies in the hands of the next generation!
Do you have ideas on how to optimize processes and campaigns? Do you see it as a challenge to turn your innovative ideas into reality? Then this organization is your new playground!
