Job description
In this role, you will oversee the quality, reliability, and business impact of analytical data, analysis, insights, and measurement in an A/B experimentation-driven environment. You are accountable for craft excellence in your team's work, aligned with company-wide analytics standards. You will match analytics initiatives with business goals, translate business objectives into data analytics strategies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. The role spans planning, delivery, team building, people development, and the application of AI practices for analytics at scale.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team management?, * 1+ years of experience managing a team of analysts in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience in geospatial data or maps related domain
- Proven track record of applying data analysis to solve complex business problems
- Strategic thinker who can identify where analytics creates meaningful business impact
- Ability to balance detail-orientation with a big-picture perspective
- Expertise in measurement, data visualization, and data quality
- Familiarity with Gen AI capabilities and practical applications in data analytics
- Strong communication skills - able to distill complex concepts for senior business audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage competing priorities
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining analytical talent
- Open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve own performance, * Lives and breathes data and analytics
- Has a proven recent track record of leading a multi-scope team of analysts in a large business
- Is an experienced mentor and passionate about people
- Has experience driving stronger decision making through the use of data and analytics
- Has experience with geospatial data and a commercial/ROI-driven domain
