Calling all data-driven graduates! Booking.com's 12-month Data Science and Analytics Graduate programme is your launchpad to a fulfilling career. This programme is intended for individuals who have not completed a traditional university education in Data Science and Analytics and are looking for an entry point into the field. It offers an opportunity to build foundational skills without prior academic or professional experience. Candidates with existing study or experience in this area are welcome to apply for junior Data Science & Analytics roles outside of the grad programme. - Oversee data analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights.
- Stay at the forefront of data analytics trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain data analytics standards, ensuring data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
- Build and manage data pipelines, redefining raw data into actionable insights.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for data-related processes and findings.
Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields other than Data Science or Data Analytics. Note that your graduation date has to be in 2025 or 2026. This programme is specifically aimed at graduates who do not meet the academic requirements for our entry-level roles.
- An interest in data and analytics, mathematics, statistics, or programming, demonstrated through academic achievements or personal projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A genuine passion for travel and curiosity in technology.
- The ability to thrive in a multifaceted and fast-paced environment.

In order to be eligible for this programme you need to:
- Be able to commit to attending our in-person final interview day (Assessment Centre) on April 17th, 2026 in our Amsterdam HQ.
- Graduate in 2026 or have graduated in 2025 from a Dutch University.
- Be available to start a full-time position for our 12 month programme in mid-September 2026.
- Be able to commute to our office in Amsterdam.
