Job description
A senior Strategic Security Architect who can assess the impact of strategic initiatives on the bank's security posture while guiding teams toward secure, scalable solutions. You act as a bridge between business and IT, aligning stakeholders and ensuring that security principles are embedded in both architecture and delivery. You act as a sparring partner to architects, Product Owners, and Grid Owners, while also supporting agile teams in translating architectural direction into practical implementation.
Responsibilities

Define and review solution architectures and solution intents

Guide DevOps teams during design and implementation phases

Ensure adherence to security standards and best practices

Collaborate across multiple departments and technologies

Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

Promote continuous improvement and learning within teams
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years in IT Architecture roles

Strong background in Information Security

Proven experience in solution architecture and design

University or BSc degree
-
Strong knowledge of:

Digital Identity (RBAC/ABAC)

Authentication protocols
-
Electronic signing
-
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to drive solutions and influence stakeholders

Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Azure services

Background in software engineering

TOGAF / Archimate certification

Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH)
