Senior Applications & ATE Engineer

• Develop and support automated test applications and drivers using an in-house test executive (VB/VBA/C++ style)
• Contribute to Python-based integration with external systems
• Specify and implement ATE/test/calibration processes
• Lead installation, commissioning and fault-finding at customer sites (UK, Ireland, occasional international travel)
• Take growing responsibility for key customers as a senior engineer approaches retirement

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Visual Basic?, * Strong electronics / electronic test & measurement background

• Experience with test/automation software (VB/VBA, C/C++, LabVIEW or similar)
• Understanding of ATE and calibration, or the electronics test experience to pick it up quickly
• Self-motivated, able to learn tools and own projects with limited hand-holding
• Willingness to travel (typically short trips; Irish deployment may involve repeated weeks on site)

Nice to have

• Direct ATE system experience and driver development
• Python for system interfacing
• Background in small, flexible engineering teams, * Electronics Software Programming : 3 years (preferred)

• Driving License and Car (preferred)
