Job description
We are looking for an exemplary candidate to join our busy Head Office I.T. Department. Your main responsibility will be demonstrating exceptional attention to detail & strong analytical skills. You will also provide integral support to employees across the business with their I.T. needs. We are looking for a candidate with excellent time management and organisational skills who can consistently deliver outstanding I.T. support.
Responsibilities
· Resolving I.T. queries and issues faced by employees as swiftly as possible to reduce impact on the business, liaising and troubleshooting with I.T. support companies where required, escalating more complicated issues
· Adheres to monthly allocated support hours from external I.T. support company, requesting mid-monthly updates to accurately monitor this
· On-site visits across UK locations where applicable
· Assists with the implementation, installation and/or change of software systems and assisting with the training of company employees in respect of I.T. systems/software
· Supports with the implementation of general company policies and procedures, assisting with the management of changes to business operations or processes, keeping I.T. policies up to date
· Successfully implements company IT project tasks as detailed by Management
· Assists with I.T budget management to effectively control budget & spend
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role essential, * Excellent attention to detail & strong work ethic
- A methodical and logistical approach to all tasks
- A born communicator who builds meaningful working relationships
- A 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude in their supporting role
- Personal accountability and ownership of workload
- Embraces a culture where we work 'as a family', * IT support: 2 years (required)
