Job description
- Contribute to the development of bespoke data solutions within the BI team, ensuring the highest standards in business intelligence and data visualisation delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with planning teams to translate business specifications into precise technical requirements for implementation.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by developing and executing queries and validating the accuracy and completeness of data.
- Develop, and maintain robust dashboarding solutions using Power BI, including troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
- Develop and maintain an expert understanding of digital advertising and ad serving technology (e.g., ad serving, vendor ad servers, web analytics, attribution).
Requirements
- Experience of bringing disparate datasets together in data visualisations
- Experience working with Power BI
- Understanding of data modelling and data integrity challenges, best practices to address them
Desirable:
- Cloud platform knowledge: GCP (preferred), other cloud platform knowledge would be considered
- Experience using SQL to analyse and transform data
- Experience working with digital marketing and/or web analytics data.
- Experience with DBT
- Experiencing working with tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Has worked in a technical team that use Agile, Scrum methodologies
- Experience of DevOps tools: Github/Gitlab
