SAP Transformation Management Consultant - Management Consultancy
£60-62k pa + bonus and benefits
London (with travel to customer site)
A leading Management Consultancy are seeking ERP Transformation Consultants with functional expertise in SAP to join their digital transformation division.
You will be given the opportunity to develop strategic consulting skills as part of an integrated client facing team.
Your role will include:
- ERP programme delivery across requirements gathering, design, testing, cutover, and go-live
- Working within SAP Activate frameworks to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery
- Supporting business case development, PMO functions, and change management activities
- Participating in workshops and client meetings to align solution scope with business priorities
You will need:
- A Management Consulting background with functional SAP experience in at least one SAP module
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (eg, generative AI)
- Demonstrable ability translating business requirements into SAP functional designs
- Client-facing experience with exposure to PMO, delivery, or change management
- Understanding of ERP delivery phases and programme structures
