First Line IT Support

Zachary Daniels are recruiting First Line IT Support for a fast growing, award winning retailer in Stockport. This a Monday - Friday role, with a basic salary of up to £28,000 plus additional benefits and guaranteed bonuses!!

We are looking for a friendly and proactive individual to join their IT team as a First Line Support Analyst., * Provide first-line technical support to users across multiple sites and a growing online customer base

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where necessary
• Support and maintain business applications and network infrastructure
• Assist with system design, testing and ongoing IT projects
• Deliver support via phone, email and occasional on-site visits

• Genuine interest in IT
• Enjoy problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• A self starter with a can do attitude
